we offer are manufactured from high carbon steel 65Г, 60С2А, УА8, У10А and in compliance with the standards BDS (Bulgarian State Standard), GOST (Russian State Standard) and DIN (German State Standard). It is possible to manufacture them according to dimensions provided by the client.

Washers have bended edges. They are manufactured for bolts, screws and pins with diameters from 2,0 to 48,0 mm, with or without coating. Material hardness: from 40 to 48 HRC. | | |  | | STOP SPRING RINGS for orifices (with the “eyelets” inwards) with dimensions from 8 to 320 mm. They are manufactured according to the requirements of the standards GOST 13943-86, BDS 2170-77 and DIN 472. | | |  | | STOP SPRING RINGS for shafts (with the “eyelets” outwards) with diameters from 8 to 320 mm. They are manufactured according to the requirements of the standards GOST 13942-86, BDS 2170-77 and DIN 471.
Also stop spring rings (without “eyelets”) for orifices according to GOST 13941-86 and for shafts according to GOST 13940-86 with dimensions from 8 to 320 mm.

Their operational temperature is from –50 ºС to +120 ºС.
Depending on the load type these springs are divided into class 1 (altered load up to 2х106 N) and class 2 (permanent or altered load up to 10 4 N), and depending on the manufacturing method – with inclined surfaces (type 1) and with inclined surfaces and supporting planes (type 2).

The washers prevent self-loosening of round nuts with peripheral cuts for wrench. They are manufactured from sheet steel Ст10 according to GOST 11872-89 and BDS 1977-75. Dimensions: from М8 to М100.
